About the event

   We are proud to present our National Fitness Day Event. We have a speacial 5k loop and a half marathon loop for this event. It has a variety of surfaces and views for your enjoyment. The course goes along side the waterfront, grassy hills, and wetland areas.

   We have all our normal events the 5k, 10k, 15k, relays, walking course and kids run. Plus our new Fitness Day Half Marathon. A distance for everyone, so come out and get some fitness in!

 

 

 

 

 

Course Instructions:

Half Marathon = 4 laps (marathon loop)

 

15k solo = 3 laps (map)

 

10k solo = 2 laps (map)

 

5k solo = 1 lap (map)

 

Walk = A 5k or 10k. (map)

 

2 person relay = 1 laps each. Both runners start at the same time, or choose the handoff option. Both times are added together for a team time. (map)
